We have come to the end of another very successful year and we are looking forward to celebrating the successes of our junior students at our upcoming prize-giving this Thursday evening, as our final event for the year.  Senior students have been finishing their examinations and these have gone very well and we are looking forward to our results next year which we are confident that they will build on our results in the last few years.

Year 10 is currently on camp and year 8 classes have completed their camps at Deep cove. These camps provide excellent opportunities for our students to experience the outdoors and to learn new skills.  I would like to thank the staff and parents that have assisted us with the delivery of our camps.  We are very grateful for your support of the students of the College on their outdoor adventures.

The planning for  next year is well underway and the Board of Trustees will be  making the draft Charter available for feedback via email over the holiday period. Additionally over the holiday period we will be reviewing our College processes for supporting the development of sports and cultural opportunities within the College, including the development of a sports council. We will be sending parents information about some of these developments and how you can be involved before the new year

Finally, I would like, on behalf of the staff of the College to, wish all students, parents and community members a safe and restful holiday period and a happy and holy Christmas.

God Bless

Jarlath Kelly
